Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling.
- Demonstrated success in a prior sales or business development role involving daily/weekly KPIs.
- Experience in SaaS or financial technology sales.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly quotas.
- Experience designing and executing outbound campaigns.
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Consistent use of AI across sales workflows and building repeatable processes.
- Experience attending industry events and driving interest.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, etc.) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain consistent activity levels (300+ calls and 200+ emails per week) focusing on quality conversations and qualified meetings.
- Identify and engage prospects within assigned and unassigned territories across the private markets space.
- Partner with assigned Account Executives to develop territory strategies and align outreach efforts.
- Utilize AI tools consistently across the sales workflow and build repeatable AI-assisted deal-prep processes.
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI prospecting platforms, and CRM systems to manage pipeline.
- Monitor industry news and trigger events to identify timely outreach opportunities.
- Support and attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to build prospect relationships.
