Job Details

Experience: Must have been licensed for at least two (2) years beyond initial licensure.

Requirements

Must hold an active Oregon LPC or LCSW license in good standing.
Must reside within OR, WA, ID, or UT.
Must have been licensed for at least two (2) years post-initial licensure.
Must have completed state-required post-master’s supervision training (30 hours for LPC, 15 hours for LCSW).
Must be listed on the Oregon Board’s Supervisor Registry.
Must have passed the Oregon Law and Rules Exam.
Must maintain active credentialing with required Incident-to panels in Oregon.
Ability to be appropriately assertive in coaching residents.
Strong integrity, honesty, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision to a minimum of six (6) resident clinicians.
Conduct weekly group supervision sessions.
Provide individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 15 clinical hours.
Maintain a clinical caseload of 15-25 sessions per week.
Perform documentation oversight and complete weekly supervision documentation.
Coach resident clinicians on professional and clinical development goals.
Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director regarding performance or disciplinary issues.
