In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $65,000 and $94,000 per year.

Requirements
- Independently licensed mental health counselor.
- Leadership experience in clinical setting (inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP).
- Experience working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults.
- Native or bilingual English proficiency.
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox).
- Experience using EMR and survey software.
- Proficiency in clinical modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI).
Responsibilities
- Assist the Clinical Director to develop and implement an engaging clinical schedule, including the development of curriculum.
- Ensure that clinical services are delivered in accordance with recognized best practices.
- Perform crisis management throughout all intensive outpatient program delivery and on-call responsibilities during nights/weekends.
- Maintain a caseload and facilitate weekly group treatment (15 hours minimum).
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents.
- Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission regulations and perform ongoing quality assurance.
- Monitor treatment documentation to ensure compliance with agency and professional standards per DHCS and The Joint Commission.
- Provide clinical supervision in accordance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Assist with the development of relationships with key referral sources and participate in networking.
