Requirements
- Must be an independently licensed mental health counselor
- Experience working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults
- Leadership experience in clinical setting (inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP)
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox)
- Experience using EMR and survey software
- Proficiency in diverse therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI)
Responsibilities
- Assist the Clinical Director to develop and implement an engaging clinical schedule, including the development of curriculum
- Ensure that clinical services are delivered in accordance with recognized best practices
- Perform crisis management throughout all intensive outpatient program delivery and on-call responsibilities
- Maintain a caseload and facilitate weekly group treatment (15 hours minimum)
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents
- Ensure compliance to regulations set forth by The Joint Commission and perform ongoing quality assurance
- Monitor treatment documentation to ensure all notes meet agency and professional standards
- Provide clinical supervision in accordance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Maintain and model professional ethics
- Assist with the development of relationships with key referral sources and participate in networking
