Salary$84,000 and $105,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $92,000 and $116,000 per year.

Requirements
- Must be an independently licensed mental health counselor in the state of California.
- Must be able to provide supervision to associate-level therapists in the state of California.
- Leadership experience in a clinical setting such as inpatient, outpatient, IOP, or PHP.
- Experience working with a wide range of ages including children, teens, young adults, and adults.
- Well-versed in a variety of therapeutic modalities with the ability to integrate them into treatment.
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication software including Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox.
- Proficiency with EMR and survey software.
- Demonstrated ability to model professional ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Clinical Director in developing and implementing an engaging clinical schedule and curriculum.
- Ensure all clinical services are delivered in accordance with recognized best practices.
- Manage crisis situations during intensive outpatient program delivery and handle on-call responsibilities.
- Maintain an individual caseload and facilitate at least 15 hours of group treatment weekly.
- Provide clinical supervision to associate-level therapists in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Monitor treatment documentation to ensure compliance with DHCS and The Joint Commission standards.
- Collaborate with clients, staff, families, and referral sources to build and maintain professional relationships.
