Requirements
- Independently licensed mental health counselor
- Leadership experience in clinical setting (inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP)
- Experience with children, teens, young adults, and adult clients
- Proficiency in clinical modalities like DBT, CBT, EMDR, or MI
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox)
- Experience with EMR and survey software
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Manage a group of assigned clinicians
- Facilitate training and staff development
- Audit clinical services to ensure alignment with best practices
- Maintain a caseload and facilitate weekly group treatment (15 hours minimum)
- Perform crisis management including on-call duties
- Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission and DHCS regulations
- Monitor treatment documentation for quality assurance
- Provide clinical supervision per regulatory requirements
- Assist in developing relationships with key referral sources
