Requirements
- Must be an independently licensed mental health counselor
- Leadership experience in a clinical setting (inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP)
- Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox)
- Proficiency with EMR and survey software
- Native or bilingual English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Assist the Clinical Director to develop and implement an engaging clinical schedule and curriculum
- Ensure that clinical services are delivered in accordance with recognized best practices
- Perform crisis management for intensive outpatient programs and participate in on-call rotations
- Maintain a caseload and facilitate at least 15 hours of weekly group treatment
- Integrate therapeutic modalities like DBT, CBT, EMDR, and MI into treatment
- Monitor treatment documentation to ensure compliance with DHCS and The Joint Commission standards
- Provide clinical supervision in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Assist with the development of relationships with key referral sources and networking
