Requirements
- Must be an independently licensed mental health counselor, social worker, or marriage and family therapist.
- Leadership experience in a clinical setting (inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP).
- Experience working with a wide range of age groups, including children, teens, young adults, and adults.
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, or MI.
- Demonstrated ability to use cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox).
- Familiarity with EMR and survey software systems.
- Native or bilingual English proficiency.
- Ability to complete necessary state background checks and fingerprinting for clinical clearance.
Responsibilities
- Manage a group of assigned clinicians, facilitating training and auditing service delivery against best practices.
- Assist the Clinical Director in the management and professional development of the clinical staff.
- Maintain a clinical caseload and facilitate at least 15 hours of weekly group treatment.
- Provide clinical supervision in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Conduct crisis management and participate in on-call rotations for nights and weekends.
- Monitor treatment documentation for compliance with DHCS and The Joint Commission standards.
- Develop and implement engaging clinical curriculum and schedules.
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, staff, and external agencies.
