Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists.
Maintain timely documentation in the company EHR.
Support families with education and care coordination.
Provide individual and family therapy via telehealth.
