Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a state participating in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Health Related Discipline (Nursing, Dietetics, Exercise Science, Counseling, Social work, or Health Education).
- 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
- 2 years of project management experience with demonstrated success.
- Certification as a Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), HIAA, or equivalent.
- Strong leadership capability with experience in teaching and communication.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and influence across teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of nurses conducting clinical medical record reviews for Medicaid EPSDT and other lines of business.
- Partner with provider offices to enhance documentation, patient education, and gaps in care resolution.
- Manage the annual HEDIS project through hybrid medical record reviews and supplemental data analysis.
- Maintain and disseminate reports regarding quality, compliance, procedures, and methodologies.
- Run database queries to analyze complex issues, data, and performance metrics.
- Ensure corporate compliance with evolving accreditation and regulatory standards.
