Requirements
- 5+ years of claims experience in property, auto, travel, or liability product lines
- 2+ years of experience in conducting quality assurance of insurance claims
- Strong organisation and ability to prioritise independently
- Comfortable using data to make decisions
- Team-oriented, hardworking, and ambitious mindset
- Startup or high-growth experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality audits on open claims, closed claims and telephone calls
- Identify areas of failure, both on an individual and broader operational level
- Conduct feedback session with claims handlers
- Work with Team Leaders to support quality improvement plans for individual team members
- Identify process improvement opportunities to improve quality of claims handling
- Support broader technical claims functions, such as complaints and payment controls
