Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools for testing (e.g., Cursor, Playwright AI, Robot framework).
- Proven experience with testing methodologies and improvements within an agile development process.
- Experience with various testing types (automated, manual, accessibility) and levels (smoke, integration, regression).
- Knowledge of general accounting and fund accounting principles.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring QA engineers of all levels.
- Ability to develop and report on effective QE metrics for diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional departments including Operations and Engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
- Experience with Puerto Rico municipal accounting is a plus.
- Experience in environments using CI/CD preferred.
Responsibilities
- Refine and champion existing Quality Engineering processes across the organization.
- Advocate for automated testing and lead the conversion of manual tests to automated tests.
- Identify and report on QE metrics, including automation efficiency, test coverage, and defect detection.
- Embed AI-assisted testing practices into daily QA workflows.
- Guide and mentor QA engineers on the effective use of AI tools and methodologies.
- Manage and support the career development of QEs within the group, including conducting regular one-on-ones.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Operations, and Platform Engineering teams.
