Requirements
- 10+ years of management experience.
- 6+ years of experience with release and configuration management of IT projects.
- 5+ years of experience supporting federal clients on IT / software projects, preferably utilizing Agile/SAFe methodology.
- 3+ years of experience in leading multiple teams.
- 1+ years of experience with low-code, no-code platforms such as Salesforce, Appian, and ServiceNow.
- Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodology and SAFe.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint.
Responsibilities
- Strategize, plan, and implement configuration change and release management requirements with government stakeholders.
- Manage status update meetings and communicate project timelines and impacts to team members.
- Collaborate with federal IT teams and vendors to provide consolidated project progress reporting.
- Manage the time and expectations of multiple projects and team members.
- Identify and communicate downstream impacts of process enhancements or major projects across teams.
- Coordinate with support and organizational readiness teams to ensure release communications and training materials are updated.
- Lead and execute configuration management and release transformation initiatives.
