Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven success as a Business Development Representative, Inside Sales Representative, or Account Retention Specialist.
  • Experience working in the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with existing customers in account management, renewals, or migration contexts.
  • Proven ability to perform advanced objection handling and turn difficult conversations into value-driven interactions.
  • High proficiency with Salesforce for managing pre-pipeline stages and data hygiene.
  • Experience with modern sales technology stacks such as Gong Engage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Pocus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write impactful email copy.
  • Self-starter mindset comfortable with evolving processes.

Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns via phone, email, and social media to warm, low-engagement customers.
  • Drive volume and secure firm commitments and scheduling dates for the T20 platform promotion.
  • Ensure steady handoff of accounts to the Professional Services team to meet monthly delivery targets.
  • Navigate complex conversations with customers to re-educate on product value and mitigate churn risks.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Regional Sales Managers, and Renewals teams.
  • Participate in message testing and refine playbooks to improve customer response rates.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to route to the broader sales team.
