Requirements

- 3+ years of people leadership and management experience.
- In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proven experience managing or leading a team of SEO professionals.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving SEO trends and algorithms.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of SEO professionals while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and objectives for team members.
- Develop and implement comprehensive metrics to measure departmental performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations.
- Exercise oversight across all aspects of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and link-building.
- Foster seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to align SEO initiatives with marketing objectives.
