Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior paralegal and/or licensed attorney.
- Deep expertise in estate planning (wills, trusts, probate, powers of attorney, deeds, sale of business).
- Proven experience in developing training curricula, coaching staff, or managing legal operations.
- Proficiency in reviewing recorded meetings or legal work product for quality and compliance.
- Strong ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to varying experience levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for delivering professional feedback.
- High attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with practice management platforms like Clio, MyCase, or Lawmatics.
- Experience in creating SOPs and QA evaluation frameworks.
- JD or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for legal and administrative staff.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and reference guides for estate planning.
- Conduct role-specific training on firm systems, client intake, and compliance standards.
- Assess recorded client meetings and consultations to evaluate quality and accuracy.
- Provide structured, constructive feedback to staff using standardized QA rubrics and scorecards.
- Identify recurring knowledge gaps and recommend targeted training or corrective actions.
- Collaborate with legal operations to identify and scale workflow improvements.
- Support the adoption and optimization of practice management and document automation software.
