Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate professional experience.
  • 6+ years of related experience in software solutions and SaaS.
  • 6+ years experience selling to government customers, including navigation of government sales cycles.
  • Proven success finding and winning business with Government customers, specifically Swedish Armed Forces and FMV.
  • Deep understanding of military operations, planning, and intelligence support.
  • Established relationships across Swedish Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces, FMV, and the partner ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system.
  • Ability to work independently in a start-up environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the sales pipeline to achieve or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with Global D&I Sales team and leadership.
  • Partner with marketing to run campaigns and identify new opportunities.
  • Prospect, develop business relationships, close sales, and manage customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to foster customer relationships.
  • Engage prospects, identify solution fits, and navigate procurement obstacles.
  • Manage contracting and government procurement processes.
  • Work with Solution Engineering staff to design and validate solutions for customer needs.
  • Collaborate with post-sales and customer success teams to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene using Salesforce.com.
