Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate professional experience.
- 6+ years of related experience in software solutions and SaaS.
- 6+ years experience selling to government customers, including navigation of government sales cycles.
- Proven success finding and winning business with Government customers, specifically Swedish Armed Forces and FMV.
- Deep understanding of military operations, planning, and intelligence support.
- Established relationships across Swedish Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces, FMV, and the partner ecosystem.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system.
- Ability to work independently in a start-up environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop the sales pipeline to achieve or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Collaborate with Global D&I Sales team and leadership.
- Partner with marketing to run campaigns and identify new opportunities.
- Prospect, develop business relationships, close sales, and manage customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to foster customer relationships.
- Engage prospects, identify solution fits, and navigate procurement obstacles.
- Manage contracting and government procurement processes.
- Work with Solution Engineering staff to design and validate solutions for customer needs.
- Collaborate with post-sales and customer success teams to ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene using Salesforce.com.
