Requirements
- At least 6+ years of development experience with Python.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL, migrations, optimization).
- Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, NATS, Kafka) and event-driven systems.
- Familiarity with DDD fundamentals and asynchronous programming.
- Fluent with AI workflow for development to leverage productivity.
- Experience mentoring other engineers to ensure tech growth.
- Ability to develop domain strategy and identify long-term challenges.
- Understanding of the development cycle from requirements analysis to deployment and monitoring.
- Extensive hands-on experience in developing applications.
- Excellent technical communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
- Drive the long term evolution and technical strategy of the Document Domain, balancing product needs, scalability, reliability, and developer experience.
- Champion AI-driven development workflows, mentoring engineers and improving the effectiveness, quality, and productivity of the engineering organization.
- Lead cross-team initiatives to deliver best-in-class document capabilities while aligning architecture and engineering practices across the track.
- Improve reliability, maintain high-quality standards, and evolve the document platform to support new product capabilities.
- Contribute to the long-term domain excellence strategy, including AI Transformation of the Development Workflow.
