Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a machine learning role with demonstrated production success.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices (clean code, version control, code reviews).
- Extensive experience deploying ML models at scale on AWS using Sagemaker, MLFlow, or similar.
- Deep knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model orchestration (e.g., Airflow, Flink).
- Expert-level SQL skills for analysis and modeling with large datasets.
- Proficiency in ML testing strategies, including data validation and performance testing.
- Solid understanding of experimental design, statistical distributions, and ML algorithms.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain production-grade, distributed machine learning systems.
- Develop and implement features using heuristics and advanced ML techniques to optimize hotel revenue strategies.
- Establish robust MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model monitoring, and drift detection at scale.
- Structure and manage data pipelines to ensure the reliability and scalability of ML models.
- Define SLIs/SLOs and manage large-scale technical roadmaps for ML infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business challenges into data-driven ML solutions.
- Mentor junior talent and influence cross-functional technical strategy.
