Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with Python.
- Experience with relational databases including SQL queries, migrations, and optimization.
- Experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ, NATS, or Kafka.
- Understanding of event-based systems and domain-driven design (DDD).
- Strong experience with AsyncIO.
- Solid understanding of the full development cycle from requirements analysis to deployment and monitoring.
- Hands-on experience in both monolithic and microservice architectures.
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the vision and architecture of the Document domain.
- Solve scale-related technical challenges within the application.
- Identify and address systematic issues to maintain low time-to-change and high confidence.
- Improve reliability and maintain high-quality engineering standards.
- Enhance developer experience while evolving the platform to support new capabilities.
