Requirements
- 2-3+ years of proven success in a quota-carrying Account Manager or Account Executive role, ideally within the SaaS industry.
- Experience conducting effective in-person and virtual meetings with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to prospecting and account management.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and a quick learner.
- Familiarity with the SMB market.
- Proven ability to forecast revenue accurately.
- Strong computer skills with experience in tools like Gong, Slack, Salesforce, SalesLoft, or PandaDoc preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth within assigned SMB portfolio by exceeding monthly Net Dollar Retention (NDR) targets.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure adoption, address needs, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Minimize churn and maximize retention by acting as a trusted advisor and conducting account health reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Accounting, and Product to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide accurate weekly revenue forecasts and maintain meticulous CRM hygiene.
- Advocate for the product and communicate customer feedback and feature requests to the Product team.
