Requirements
- 1-3 years of on-quota direct sales experience selling B2B applications or solutions.
- Experience with SMB and Mid-Market deal sizes.
- Experience accurately tracking and forecasting a pipeline using a CRM.
- Experience with managing a multi-touch sales cycle.
- Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment.
- Experience in multi-threaded decision making.
- Experience with tools like SFDC, SalesLoft, Gong, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn SalesNav (preferred).
- Experience selling using SPICED or SPIN methodologies (preferred).
- Experience in prospecting and qualifying leads (SDR/BDR roles) (preferred).
- Experience in On-demand/SaaS, CRM, SFA, and marketing software sales (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle sales of qualified SMB leads (11-200 employees), including contract generation and closing.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals using value-based sales techniques.
- Perform prospecting activities including discovery calls and product demonstrations via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Negotiate and close deals with buyers.
- Work with Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management to ensure a smooth customer journey and handoff.
- Manage a clean pipeline and maintain activity and closing metrics.
