Requirements
- Proven B2B marketing experience with measurable impact on campaigns and programs.
- Experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform.
- Demonstrable experience building and managing email campaigns, nurture programs, or automation workflows.
- Experience using B2B paid social advertising platforms, particularly LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience coordinating activity across multiple marketing channels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with marketing data, reporting, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, webinars, and events.
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including workflows, landing pages, and audience segmentation within HubSpot.
- Execute account-based marketing activity and maintain email nurture programs.
- Own the marketing social media calendar and coordinate content distribution across LinkedIn.
- Manage event logistics for industry conferences, exhibitions, and virtual webinars.
- Produce marketing performance reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for continuous optimization based on marketing data and insights.
