Requirements

  • Proven B2B marketing experience with measurable impact on campaigns and programs.
  • Experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform.
  • Demonstrable experience building and managing email campaigns, nurture programs, or automation workflows.
  • Experience using B2B paid social advertising platforms, particularly LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience coordinating activity across multiple marketing channels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with marketing data, reporting, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, webinars, and events.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including workflows, landing pages, and audience segmentation within HubSpot.
  • Execute account-based marketing activity and maintain email nurture programs.
  • Own the marketing social media calendar and coordinate content distribution across LinkedIn.
  • Manage event logistics for industry conferences, exhibitions, and virtual webinars.
  • Produce marketing performance reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous optimization based on marketing data and insights.
