Clinical Implementation Specialist

Translate clinical trial protocols into accurate, scalable platform configurations and implementation plans.
Configure clinical trials within the Trial Flow platform, ensuring protocol requirements are accurately reflected.
Take ownership of configuration activities from implementation through to go-live.
Partner with Delivery Managers throughout customer onboarding and implementation to ensure trial requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
Present protocol interpretations, participant journeys and implementation decisions clearly and confidently to customers.
Act as a clinical trial subject matter expert during product, content and process development.
