Marketing and Operations Manager

Coordinate and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, webinars, and events.
Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including workflows, landing pages, and audience segmentation within HubSpot.
Execute account-based marketing activity and maintain email nurture programs.
Own the marketing social media calendar and coordinate content distribution across LinkedIn.
Manage event logistics for industry conferences, exhibitions, and virtual webinars.
Produce marketing performance reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness.
