Senior Delivery Manager

Own end-to-end client delivery from Statement of Work (SoW) handover through implementation and closure.
Manage multiple concurrent clinical trial implementations and site activations.
Translate SoWs into clear delivery plans while managing milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders.
Advocate for customer needs internally while balancing scope with Product and Engineering teams.
Drive site activation, training, and adoption, monitoring post-launch performance metrics.
Identify risks, manage escalations, and lead process improvement initiatives to increase delivery efficiency.
