Requirements
- Extensive experience as a technical project or delivery manager.
- Background in complex technology projects with enterprise customers.
- Experience working in a fast-paced tech start-up or scale-up environment.
- Proven track record in delivery excellence and maintaining quality standards across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong experience managing senior customer relationships and influencing outcomes.
- Ability to prioritize work across cross-functional teams and proactively manage dependencies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior-level decision-makers.
- Demonstrable experience with process improvement and delivering improved customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end client delivery from Statement of Work (SoW) handover through implementation and closure.
- Manage multiple concurrent clinical trial implementations and site activations.
- Translate SoWs into clear delivery plans while managing milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Advocate for customer needs internally while balancing scope with Product and Engineering teams.
- Drive site activation, training, and adoption, monitoring post-launch performance metrics.
- Identify risks, manage escalations, and lead process improvement initiatives to increase delivery efficiency.
