Requirements
- STEM education.
- Experience in SaaS implementation or equivalent roles involving complex business process analysis (e.g., consultant, auditor).
- Proven experience managing a team including performance assessment and workload assignment.
- Strong analytical mindset with acute attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of a scripting language, preferably Python, or ability to use LLMs to automate workflows.
- Excellent remote communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with energy industry systems (ETRM, energy retail CRM) or utility business processes is a plus.
- Experience in startup or remote environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Technical Solutions/Customer Delivery team, including workload distribution, planning, and performance management.
- Implement operational and cultural changes to streamline customer integration and project delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end client delivery and provide synthetic reporting on project health to leadership.
- Manage implementation projects for select complex accounts to support delivery and maintain hands-on product knowledge.
- Analyze ETRM, ERP, and CRM systems to design robust data integration pipelines for the SaaS platform.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or new platform capabilities in collaboration with Product and Commercial teams.
- Contribute to cross-functional product development projects.
