Job Details

3+ years of paid social experience within an agency or DTC e-commerce environment.
Proven track record of scaling brands through Meta and TikTok advertising.
Deep understanding of paid social strategy, customer acquisition, creative testing methodologies, and full-funnel growth planning.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect marketing performance to business objectives.
Advanced analytical capabilities using Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, Meta, and TikTok reporting environments.
Excellent client-facing communication skills to lead strategy discussions and performance reviews.
Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting the development of junior team members.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable taking ownership of performance outcomes.

Own strategy and performance across a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands, ensuring activity remains aligned with client objectives and growth plans.
Lead account planning to improve customer acquisition, efficiency, and profitable growth.
Develop and oversee testing roadmaps across audiences, creative, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.
Analyse performance data across Meta, TikTok, Triple Whale, Shopify, and reporting platforms to identify trends and solve performance challenges.
Partner with Creative Strategists to ensure creative output is aligned with performance data and campaign objectives.
Act as the primary day-to-day strategic contact for clients, leading reviews, planning sessions, and strategy discussions.
Mentor and support the development of Paid Social Managers to elevate overall team capability.
