- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or aesthetics industries.
- Experience supporting the Promotional Review Process.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to complete projects with limited supervision.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while ensuring quality results.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in content management systems or learning management systems (e.g., Veeva, Docebo).
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop HCP-focused educational materials including training presentations, LMS modules, speaker scripts, and product guides.
- Translate complex scientific and clinical concepts into clear, engaging educational content for HCP audiences.
- Ensure all materials are clinically accurate, scientifically substantiated, and compliant with regulatory and brand standards.
- Manage content workflows within Veeva, including submission, review, approval tracking, and document management.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Clinical Education, as well as external creative agencies.
- Support development, implementation, and maintenance of digital learning content within LMS platforms like Docebo.
- Maintain a centralized repository of approved medical and educational content.
