Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience with direct ownership of demand generation results.
- Demonstrated expertise with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaign setup, optimization, and ROI reporting.
- Experience with a marketing automation platform (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, and analytics interpretation.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting.
- Strong written communication skills for ad copy, email, and social posts.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a lean, end-to-end ownership environment.
- Preferred: Experience marketing technology or cybersecurity products/services.
- Preferred: Familiarity with IAM concepts (IGA, PAM, zero trust, CIAM).
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) and MQL-to-SQL handoff processes.
- Preferred: Hands-on use of AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper).
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads, managing budget allocation and ROI.
- Manage the blog and editorial calendar, focusing on SEO and content strategy for IAM topics.
- Operate the marketing automation platform (Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot) for lead nurturing and segmentation.
- Own the company's LinkedIn presence and support executive thought leadership.
- Execute end-to-end webinars, including promotion and post-event lead tracking.
- Collaborate with web developers to maintain and enhance website content and user experience.
- Build and maintain multi-channel performance dashboards to report on MQLs, pipeline influence, and ROI.
- Source and manage freelance contractors for design, content, and ad support.
