Requirements

- SEO + PPC or SEO + SOCIAL experience.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
- Keen attention to detail regarding communications, results, and processes.
- Solid organizational skills for daily and weekly task management.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to work.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts by overseeing client services to ensure performance and timely implementation.
- Work with clients to make strategic decisions and pivots, providing expert guidance even when pushing back on requests.
- Collaborate with internal services teams to develop strategies tailored to client needs.
- Identify service gaps and propose solutions, including identifying opportunities for account upgrades.
- Coordinate and execute monthly reporting calls with clients.
- Maintain clear, effective, and over-communication with clients regarding work progress and achieved results.
