Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts by overseeing client services to ensure performance and timely implementation.
  • Work with clients to make strategic decisions and pivots, providing expert guidance even when pushing back on requests.
  • Collaborate with internal services teams to develop strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Identify service gaps and propose solutions, including identifying opportunities for account upgrades.
  • Coordinate and execute monthly reporting calls with clients.
  • Maintain clear, effective, and over-communication with clients regarding work progress and achieved results.
