Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated success managing paid-search and social digital marketing initiatives.
- 4+ years of working knowledge and understanding of the digital marketing landscape, emerging trends, search and social media management.
- 4+ years of experience promoting SaaS and/or targeting associations/nonprofits.
- Firm understanding of online marketing (search, display, social media, etc.) and its relationship to the marketing landscape.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics or a similar attribution tool.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with phone-based, consultative relationship management.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfortability working with data sets in platforms and Excel.
- Ability to delegate projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Manage campaign strategy and execution for paid search and paid social platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads for lead generation.
- Perform key day-to-day activities such as keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimization, and competitor analysis.
- Run and build reports on campaign results and deliver findings in a clear and client-facing format.
- Perform daily and weekly reporting and analysis of trend data from Google Analytics and advertising platforms.
- Balance daily and monthly account budgets.
- Conduct QBRs and present on success and our value to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage goals and expectations in order to set realistic targets.
- Delegate responsibilities across a team to ensure client deliverables and deadlines are being met.
