Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success managing paid-search and social digital marketing initiatives.
  • 4+ years of working knowledge and understanding of the digital marketing landscape, emerging trends, search and social media management.
  • 4+ years of experience promoting SaaS and/or targeting associations/nonprofits.
  • Firm understanding of online marketing (search, display, social media, etc.) and its relationship to the marketing landscape.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or a similar attribution tool.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with phone-based, consultative relationship management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfortability working with data sets in platforms and Excel.
  • Ability to delegate projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Manage campaign strategy and execution for paid search and paid social platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads for lead generation.
  • Perform key day-to-day activities such as keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimization, and competitor analysis.
  • Run and build reports on campaign results and deliver findings in a clear and client-facing format.
  • Perform daily and weekly reporting and analysis of trend data from Google Analytics and advertising platforms.
  • Balance daily and monthly account budgets.
  • Conduct QBRs and present on success and our value to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Manage goals and expectations in order to set realistic targets.
  • Delegate responsibilities across a team to ensure client deliverables and deadlines are being met.
