Requirements
- 1–3 years minimum experience in a B2B marketing agency setting
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, creative development, and digital channels (social media, email, web)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and shifting priorities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with all levels of client stakeholders, including senior executives
- Familiarity with project management platforms and digital marketing tools
- High attention to detail and a passion for producing top-quality work
- Eagerness to grow within a high-paced, startup-like agency environment
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-through.
- Partner with Account Directors to support the development and execution of client strategies.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure all tasks are accurately assigned and tracked.
- Manage email marketing efforts, including list management, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate website updates, including posting blogs and other content.
- Review and proof key deliverables before client presentation.
- Participate in client meetings and weekly performance reviews.
