- Experience working with law firm clients.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing services and strategies for the legal industry.
- Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Keen attention to detail regarding communications, results, and processes.
- Solid organization skills for managing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

- Experience working with Personal Injury Law firm clients is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of VIP accounts to ensure services are performing well and meeting client needs.
- Collaborate with clients and their staff to make strategic decisions and necessary pivots.
- Partner with internal services teams to strategize for client needs.
- Identify service gaps and propose solutions, including upgrading services to higher tiers.
- Coordinate and execute monthly reporting calls with clients.
- Communicate consistently and effectively regarding work performance and results achieved.
