Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Business, Theology, Education, Curriculum, or an equivalent degree.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in product or content development, project management, or editing.
- Proficient with standard project management tools and templates.
- Exceptional time management skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with varying personality types.
- Ability to drive projects forward with a servant-leader attitude.
- Ability to travel to the Ascension office in Exton, PA, and other project sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development and production of ancillary products under guidance from senior leadership.
- Assist in curriculum development for print products, videos, app integration, teacher resources, and USCCB alignment.
- Contribute to content creation by developing outlines, evaluating materials, and collaborating with subject matter experts.
- Evaluate customer and market insights to support recommendations for new products and future editions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain effective communication and track project status metrics.
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation and filing systems.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure a smooth transition from development to product launch.
- Assist with project budget creation, tracking, and reporting.
- Participate in quality control and review processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
