Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Business, Theology, Education, Curriculum, or an equivalent degree.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in product or content development, project management, or editing.
  • Proficient with standard project management tools and templates.
  • Exceptional time management skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with varying personality types.
  • Ability to drive projects forward with a servant-leader attitude.
  • Ability to travel to the Ascension office in Exton, PA, and other project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and production of ancillary products under guidance from senior leadership.
  • Assist in curriculum development for print products, videos, app integration, teacher resources, and USCCB alignment.
  • Contribute to content creation by developing outlines, evaluating materials, and collaborating with subject matter experts.
  • Evaluate customer and market insights to support recommendations for new products and future editions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain effective communication and track project status metrics.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation and filing systems.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure a smooth transition from development to product launch.
  • Assist with project budget creation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Participate in quality control and review processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
