Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience navigating NetSuite AR modules, automated billing engines, and cash application tools.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for auditing customer contracts and updating collection status.
- Experience managing automated billing schedules and system-generated dunning letters.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and ability to manage ledger discrepancies.
- Ability to troubleshoot electronic invoice delivery workflows.
- Experience working with e-procurement portals such as Coupa and Ariba.
Responsibilities
- Review closed-won opportunities in Salesforce and trigger automated billing runs in NetSuite.
- Configure, monitor, and optimize automated subscription billing and dunning workflows.
- Track and resolve electronic invoice delivery failures in client e-procurement portals like Coupa or Ariba.
- Manage AR aging reports and conduct collections via phone and email to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and account statements.
- Collaborate with the Controller on bad debt reserves, month-end reconciliations, and payment disputes.
- Match and apply incoming payments (ACH, check, wire, credit card) within NetSuite.
