Requirements

  • Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including typing skills and ability to leverage technology for research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to resolve issues via telephone.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high open caseloads and meet specific enrollment targets.
  • High empathy, patience, and collaborative team-player mindset.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position (preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce (nice-to-have).
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point-of-contact for prospective clients, caregivers, and pending enrollees.
  • Educate and assist patients and caregivers through the application and enrollment process to ensure active care status within 60 days.
  • Manage documentation and requirements for Nevada Medicaid and insurance providers to secure quick service authorization.
  • Collaborate with medical providers to ensure patient and caregiver documentation remains in compliance.
  • Resolve client issues over the telephone through high-level customer service and one-call resolution.
  • Navigate multiple systems and portals to verify eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations.
  • Consistently meet monthly performance metrics for patient starts and call handling.
