Requirements

- Interest in healthcare, nursing, or public health (preferred)
- Experience in medical scribing or healthcare administration (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls with patients in English and Spanish to gather detailed medical and injury histories
- Listen actively and document information with a high level of accuracy using structured templates and internal systems
- Review medical records for completeness, clarity, and internal consistency
- Organize and standardize medical information to meet quality and documentation standards
- Ensure patient histories are thorough, consistent, and easy for physicians to interpret
- Review work carefully to maintain a high standard of accuracy
- Follow established workflows and documentation protocols
- Partner with the operations team to continuously improve processes and quality
