Responsibilities

  • Schedule evaluations, treatments, and specialized testing (like FCEs) quickly and accurately.
  • Review referrals and medical documentation to ensure successful appointment setup.
  • Match patients to the appropriate clinic or specialist using internal tools.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for case managers, attorneys, and external partners.
  • Monitor scheduling activity and reports to identify trends or issues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clinics and referral partners.
  • Track outreach, resolve scheduling challenges, and support team goals.
