- Ability to learn new systems and tools.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Upstream’s services.
Responsibilities
- Schedule evaluations, treatments, and specialized testing (like FCEs) quickly and accurately.
- Review referrals and medical documentation to ensure successful appointment setup.
- Match patients to the appropriate clinic or specialist using internal tools.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for case managers, attorneys, and external partners.
- Monitor scheduling activity and reports to identify trends or issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with clinics and referral partners.
- Track outreach, resolve scheduling challenges, and support team goals.
