Requirements

  • Computer proficient with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Effective active listening skills with the ability to probe for resolutions.
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and kind demeanor with a passion for serving.
  • Dedicated private workspace with appropriate internet speed.
  • Commitment to perfect attendance during the first 60 days.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls from members and caregivers for order, product, billing, and account assistance.
  • Guide callers through product troubleshooting, site navigation, and effective service usage.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of company products, services, and billing practices.
  • Perform account updates and thoroughly document all member conversations.
  • De-escalate situations and provide solutions to resolve member concerns.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting and selling add-on products and services during calls.
  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative performance objectives.
