Requirements

- 2+ years of previous member service call center or member-facing experience desired.
- Computer proficient with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Effective active listening skills with the ability to probe for resolutions.
- Professional, enthusiastic, and kind demeanor with a passion for serving.
- Dedicated private workspace with appropriate internet speed.
- Commitment to perfect attendance during the first 60 days.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls from members and caregivers for order, product, billing, and account assistance.
- Guide callers through product troubleshooting, site navigation, and effective service usage.
- Maintain deep knowledge of company products, services, and billing practices.
- Perform account updates and thoroughly document all member conversations.
- De-escalate situations and provide solutions to resolve member concerns.
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting and selling add-on products and services during calls.
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative performance objectives.
