Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree recommended.
- Proficient in MS Office and related products.
- Technically savvy with an ability to easily learn new software.
- Exceptional communication skills for both internal and external communication.
- Ability to manage many ongoing activities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- eChart or Practice Management experience is preferred.
- Healthcare or clinical experience is preferred.
- Prior remote work experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the customer’s point of contact for service and support related questions regarding application offerings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and customer workflow problems.
- Identify and document client needs and issues to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Answer incoming inquiries and follow issues through to successful resolution.
- Establish procedures to ensure client satisfaction and quality service delivery.
- Communicate and collaborate across teams and departments to solve issues.
- Replicate and document issues for further escalation.
- Participate in quality assurance and application testing of software.
