Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree recommended.
  • Proficient in MS Office and related products.
  • Technically savvy with an ability to easily learn new software.
  • Exceptional communication skills for both internal and external communication.
  • Ability to manage many ongoing activities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • eChart or Practice Management experience is preferred.
  • Healthcare or clinical experience is preferred.
  • Prior remote work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the customer’s point of contact for service and support related questions regarding application offerings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and customer workflow problems.
  • Identify and document client needs and issues to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Answer incoming inquiries and follow issues through to successful resolution.
  • Establish procedures to ensure client satisfaction and quality service delivery.
  • Communicate and collaborate across teams and departments to solve issues.
  • Replicate and document issues for further escalation.
  • Participate in quality assurance and application testing of software.
