- Significant experience working on platform or infrastructure products used by multiple teams.
- Experience operating in high-growth or scaling environments.
- Strong ownership and ability to drive initiatives from problem definition through delivery.
- Ability to translate technical systems into clear product direction and business value.
- Comfort working in ambiguity.
- Experience working with sensitive or regulated data such as identity, auth, financial, or student data.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in writing.
- Experience with identity, authentication, payments, or data platforms (nice to have).
- Background spanning both technical systems and user-facing products (nice to have).
- Experience building consumer-facing or product-led platforms (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Define and drive platform product strategy.
- Own the roadmap for key platform domains such as Accounts or Payments.
- Translate ambiguous technical challenges into clear product opportunities with defined outcomes.
- Partner with engineering to drive execution from concept through launch and adoption.
- Balance tradeoffs across technical complexity, product value, and cost.
- Establish structured, data-informed decision-making practices for platform roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Data Platform and product teams to ensure adoption and meet user needs.
