Requirements
- 5+ years owning the full product lifecycle, bridging market strategy and execution.
- 5+ years working with or for automotive retail dealerships with deep understanding of F&I workflows.
- Proven track record building and shipping production AI-powered features or agent workflows.
- Technical depth in API integrations, data models, and event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency with Jira for Epic/story authoring and sprint planning.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (TILA, ECOA, CCPA ADMT, TCPA, Colorado AI Act).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce clear PRDs and strategy narratives.
- Experience with aftermarket vendor management preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing eSignature or lender funding partner relationships preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for lending, F&I menu, and contract management.
- Manage P&L, including tracking revenue, costs, and margins to drive prioritization.
- Drive AI-first product thinking to optimize agentic architectures for lender matching and credit decisioning.
- Partner with engineering on technical architecture, scalability, and latency requirements.
- Author PRDs, manage backlogs, and define KPIs such as approval rates and compliance audit pass rates.
- Manage end-to-end relationships with lenders, aftermarket partners, and eSignature providers.
- Collaborate with dealers and F&I directors to validate and refine product direction.
