Engineering at A2Z Sync

A2Z Sync is building agentic AI systems that observe platform state and reason over dealer context. Their backend runs on an event-driven serverless AWS architecture, leveraging Lambda, EventBridge, and DynamoDB. They orchestrate everything from dealer onboarding to real-time transaction processing. Engineers here develop modern Python and Java (Spring Boot) services. They also work with TypeScript/React (Next.js 16) frontends. You will build and operate AI agent infrastructure, creating real production AI workflows that impact dealers. You will tackle challenges like monolith-to-services migrations and multi-tenant data architectures. This team builds the 'data backbone' that turns raw information into a competitive advantage.
