Requirements
- 1–3+ years of proven closing experience in financial services, funding, or credit-related sales
- Track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, close rates, and revenue targets
- Prior remote sales experience with comfort working fully online
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral, clear, and professional accent suited for US client-facing calls
- Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and closing skills
- Comfortable working within a script and framework while thinking on your feet
- Solid CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar)
- High degree of coachability and openness to structured training and feedback
- Performance- and KPI-driven mindset
- Strong ethics and discretion with sensitive financial information
- Experience working with US-based clients
Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle closing calls with pre-qualified leads from inbound and outbound sources
- Conduct discovery and needs analysis, and clearly explain 0% business funding and credit stacking offers
- Present funding solutions, handle objections, and drive prospects to clear commitments on a success-fee model
- Manage pipeline in the client's CRM — updating deal stages, notes, and next steps in real time
- Maintain accurate activity and conversion metrics
- Work closely with the Sales Manager on training, scripts, objection handling, and offer updates
- Coordinate with fulfillment and operations for smooth deal handoffs
- Participate in daily/weekly KPI reviews, coaching sessions, and roleplays
