Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of proven closing experience in financial services, funding, or credit-related sales
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, close rates, and revenue targets
  • Prior remote sales experience with comfort working fully online
  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral, clear, and professional accent suited for US client-facing calls
  • Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and closing skills
  • Comfortable working within a script and framework while thinking on your feet
  • Solid CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar)
  • High degree of coachability and openness to structured training and feedback
  • Performance- and KPI-driven mindset
  • Strong ethics and discretion with sensitive financial information
  • Experience working with US-based clients

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle closing calls with pre-qualified leads from inbound and outbound sources
  • Conduct discovery and needs analysis, and clearly explain 0% business funding and credit stacking offers
  • Present funding solutions, handle objections, and drive prospects to clear commitments on a success-fee model
  • Manage pipeline in the client's CRM — updating deal stages, notes, and next steps in real time
  • Maintain accurate activity and conversion metrics
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager on training, scripts, objection handling, and offer updates
  • Coordinate with fulfillment and operations for smooth deal handoffs
  • Participate in daily/weekly KPI reviews, coaching sessions, and roleplays
