Edit high-impact, high-retention video content (5–10 videos per day) tailored for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
Drive organic growth by engineering content hooks, pacing, and music choices designed to trigger social media algorithms.
Analyze performance metrics meticulously to understand why content wins and use data to refine future edits.
Manage end-to-end post-production workflows for both photo and video projects, ensuring rapid turnaround times without sacrificing quality.
Collaborate with a team of editors to share insights, run creative workshops, and elevate the department’s overall output.
Partner with account managers and designers to brainstorm creative directions for diverse client campaigns.
