Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Experience managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Experience in real estate, title, escrow, or mortgage industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily calendar, appointments, scheduling, and email inbox.
  • Input, maintain, and clean client data within CRM systems.
  • Compile business reports and create basic market analysis summaries.
  • Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram and Facebook business accounts.
  • Monitor social media engagement and track marketing performance metrics.
