Requirements
- At least 1 year experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Experience managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Experience in real estate, title, escrow, or mortgage industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily calendar, appointments, scheduling, and email inbox.
- Input, maintain, and clean client data within CRM systems.
- Compile business reports and create basic market analysis summaries.
- Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram and Facebook business accounts.
- Monitor social media engagement and track marketing performance metrics.
