Requirements
- Must reside in the Northeast region (NJ to Maine)
- Experience in security operations, consulting, or pre-sales engineering preferred
- Strong understanding of SIEM/SOAR/detection-as-code ecosystems
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and accessibly
- Strong customer-focus with the ability to build trust quickly
- Curiosity and adaptability to learn new security platforms
- Ability to travel up to 25% primarily within the region
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery calls and translate customer requirements into high-level solution designs
- Speak credibly about product capabilities, integrations, and architectural trade-offs
- Draw integration diagrams and validate technical feasibility
- Support account executives in pre-sales engagements to ensure technical alignment
- Stay current on security operations trends, emerging platforms, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with delivery architects to ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation
