Requirements
- Experience as an early or first operations hire in a scaling firm, preferably in professional services.
- Direct experience building SOPs before managing staff.
- Proven experience personally managing EOR providers across 5+ countries, including at least one high-complexity market such as Saudi Arabia, Egypt, or UAE.
- Demonstrable experience managing and developing direct reports.
- Strong financial skills, including proficiency in Excel for tracking utilisation, PTO liability, invoicing, and expenses.
- Experience working within a PSA platform such as Certinia, Kantata, or HaloPSA in a live environment.
- Exposure to employment law, with the ability to review contracts and identify issues for legal escalation.
- Experience working in a start-up or early-stage business environment.
- Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and time zones.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end consultant lifecycle from onboarding to exit across 10+ countries.
- Manage multi-country compliance and EOR provider relationships personally, including payroll and visa processes.
- Handle client operations including escalations, invoicing coordination, and PSA administration.
- Manage vendor and IT infrastructure for the business.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three, including one Consultancy Engagement Lead and two Consultancy Engagement Coordinators.
