Requirements
- Experience as an early or first operations hire in a scaling firm, preferably in professional services.
- Proven experience building SOPs independently.
- Managed EOR providers across 5+ countries, including at least one high-complexity market like Saudi Arabia, Egypt, or the UAE.
- Proven track record of managing and developing direct reports.
- Financial proficiency including experience with Excel, tracking utilization, PTO liability, invoicing, and expenses.
- Experience working inside a PSA platform such as Certinia, Kantata, or HaloPSA in a live environment.
- Exposure to employment law with the ability to read contracts and escalate issues to legal.
- Experience in a start-up or early-stage business environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and time zones.
Responsibilities
- Own the full consultant lifecycle from placement confirmation to offboarding.
- Manage EOR provider relationships across 10+ countries.
- Handle multi-country compliance, including visa and right-to-work processes.
- Manage client escalations, invoicing coordination, and vendor/IT infrastructure.
- Administer the PSA platform.
- Lead and develop a team of three: one Consultancy Engagement Lead and two Consultancy Engagement Coordinators.
