Requirements
- 5+ years of operations management experience in the tech industry.
- Proven experience working with multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in pre-revenue or pre-profit startup environments.
- Strong proficiency in expense tracking, budgeting, risk management, and cost optimization.
- Experience with company documentation management.
- Proven track record of working with fully remote, distributed production teams.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Interest in leveraging AI to improve role outcomes and workflow efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Execute identified goals and challenges to leave the studio in a better operational state after 12 months.
- Provide leadership with cost, risk, resource, and feasibility analysis for new initiatives.
- Manage expense tracking, purchase approvals, vendor management, and operational budgeting.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in product development to maintain timeline alignment.
- Partner with project management to plan product milestones, scope, and costs.
- Optimize internal processes and standardize recurring operations to improve scalability.
- Identify and implement solutions to increase delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
